Anne is a pioneer of career management services and a founder of the outplacement industry in the UK. She works at the highest level, with captains of global industry, heads of government and other leaders who value her expert perspective.
Heather brings a rare combination of business background (she’s a Chartered Accountant), headhunting experience (16 years in total) and coaching expertise (an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School). She puts this to excellent effect helping senior people make the most of their experience.
A skilled wordsmith with a strong eye for design, Zoë produces CVs, profiles, references, letters, website and brochure copy which contribute to the marketing effort of clients. She also carries out 360 feedback interviews and Hogan psychometric assessment.
Nick provides authoritative career advice and support to Board directors and senior executives wishing to enhance their full-time and portfolio careers. A partner at Stork & May for six years and previously a managing director at Russell Reynolds, most recently he has conducted numerous NED searches for FTSE 100, 250 and AIM companies.
Barbara has almost 40 years of HR experience, gained in financial services, consultancy and the public sector. She has a rare combination of remuneration, leadership development and talent management expertise and is an experienced coach. She recently founded a social enterprise, Working With Cancer, and joined us as an NED.
Nigel’s HR leadership has covered several global companies including HSBC, Foster Wheeler, Costain and Laing. He has many years’ experience as a career strategist for senior executives, helping them to develop their networks and achieve their goals.
Elizabeth, who has a PhD in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, combines her psychoanalytic experience and commercial insights to help people resolve career issues of all kinds and to understand the role that work plays in their lives. She was previously a senior marketing executive in the film industry.
Leonard has a PhD in Marketing and a breadth of business experience across many sectors, from Board-level positions in Texaco to non-executive roles in innovative SMEs. This enables him to help clients consider the full range of options.
Laurence is an experienced international HR director who has worked in sectors ranging from FMCG (Colgate Palmolive) to global financial services (HSBC, ABN Amro). Working as a consultant and coach since 2012, his areas of expertise include executive assessment, organisational effectiveness and talent management.
Sherril has coached executives from organisations as diverse as NHS Trusts, film companies, banks and manufacturers. She brings her years’ of expertise to help Executive Action’s clients become more effective.
Mike has been a consultant for 16 years and is renowned for his work with the Brunel Institute of Organisation and Social Studies (BIOSS). His work with Executive Action is based around Career Path Appreciation which helps people to understand their true capability.
In Giorgina’s long and successful career in the public sector, she headed up senior recruitment, talent management, succession planning and leadership development for the Cabinet Office and led on key aspects of HR for the Crown Prosecution Service. An experienced Coach, she specialises in leadership and organisational development.
Helen is the first point of contact at Executive Action for many people, building relationships with corporate and individual clients, putting together programme proposals and dealing with client and office administration. She honed her administrative skills through work with various public sector organisations.
